When you use our contact or project request forms we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, company name, role, phone number, company website, budget range, timeline and the description of your project or message.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form we record the time of submission, the page it was sent from and your browser's user-agent string. Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as your IP address in server logs for security and reliability purposes. We do not use advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your message or project request and to prepare a scope or estimate.
- To communicate with you about a project you have asked us about or engaged us for.
- To protect the Site and our systems from abuse, spam and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing and service providers
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, and only to the extent needed. At present these include:
- Netlify, which hosts the Site and runs the serverless functions that receive form submissions.
- Supabase, which provides the database where form submissions are stored.
- Email and productivity providers we use to read and reply to your messages.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
5. Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project follows, for the duration of our relationship and any period required for legal, accounting or contractual reasons. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact details below.
6. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Our database is protected by row-level security so that public visitors can submit but never read stored records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@domez.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
The Site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the Site securely. The Site may store small preferences, such as your menu state, in your browser only; this data never leaves your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
