Terms & Conditions
The rules for using domez.io. Engagements for software work are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using domez.io (the "Site"), operated by DOMEZ High Tech Inc. ("DOMEZ", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
- use automated means to scrape, spam or overload the Site or its forms;
- submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content;
- interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
3. Submissions
Information you send through our contact or project request forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not create a contract, obligate DOMEZ to provide services, or establish a confidential relationship unless we agree to one in writing. Please do not send trade secrets or highly sensitive material through the Site before a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, are owned by DOMEZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "DOMEZ" and "RezCourt" are trademarks or trade names of DOMEZ High Tech Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
5. Project engagements
Any software design, development or consulting services are provided under a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) that sets out scope, fees, timelines, ownership of deliverables and other terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the written agreement governs the services.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOMEZ and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or state in which DOMEZ High Tech Inc. is incorporated and the federal laws applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
